SAINT-PETERSBURG – On March 7-8, the First Federal Women's Conference of the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith/Pentecostals in the Northwest of Russia was held in St. Petersburg under the title ‘Do You Know Him?’.
BARNAUL – The Light of Awakening Church of Barnaul held its second women's conference this year. Its slogan: BORN TO REIGN. The church in Barnaul gladly accepted 250 participants of different ages from cities of Altay region: Biysk, Belokurikha, Kamen-na-Obi, Mezhdurechensk, Mamontovo, Pavlovsk, Zarinsk, Troitsk, Rubtsovsk and others.
KAZAN – On May 8, the Gospel House Church of Kazan hosted a regional women's conference for the churches of Tatarstan. The main theme of the conference organizers chose Bible verses describing a wise and humble woman: “Strength and beauty are her clothes, and she looks to the future with cheerfulness. Her mouth opens with wisdom, and meek instruction is on her tongue” (Proverbs, 34:25, 26).
BARNAUL – A regional women's conference “The Happiness of Being a Woman” was held in Barnaul, at the Light of Awakening Church, on March 19 and 20. Women from several churches of Barnaul, Belokurikha, Biysk, Rubtsovsk, Mamontovo, Kamnya-on-Obi, Pavlovsk took part in it. Sisters from Israel, America, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan joined the ministry via livestream.
PERM – The traditional Women's Day service was held in the New Testament Church of Perm on March 8th. The verse from the Song of Songs of Solomon: “He has brought me into the house of a feast, and the banner over me is love.” (Song of Songs, 2:4) was chosen as a theme.
PERM – It took place last Saturday, November 14, and gathered sisters from different cities of the region. Women received the inspiration from God's Word and worshipped the Lord in unity. Thanks to the online broadcast, this conference was attended by over 2,000 people. Verse 12 of Psalm 90 was chosen as the theme of the conference: “Teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom”.
PERM – On November 1 to 3, a National women conference “Living by the Word” took place in Perm. Larissa Grabovenko, wife of the Head Bishop, head of women’s ministry department of the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith was a speaker at the conference. Guest speakers for the second year in a row were Sharon Daugherty, pastor of Victory Christian Center (Talsa, USA) and Anna Kristiansen, pastor of Church of Christ (Norway).
PERM – On November 1 to 3, the National Women’s Conference ‘Living by the Word’ will take place in Perm, Russia.
ROSTOV-ON-DON – An interdenominational women’s conference took place at Rostov-on-Don “Christ the Savior” Church on March 9. It was devoted to the International Women’s Day.
OMSK – Regional women’s prayer meeting “Prayers that were heard” took place on the eve of the 8th of March International Women’s Day celebration. Women from different churches of Omsk gathered to praise the name of the Lord, to stand before Him with their hearts open, to worship Him and bring their intercessory prayers to the throne of grace.
VOLGOGRAD (RUSSIA) – A women’s conference took place on November 23 and 24 at the “Grace of Jesus Christ” church of Volgograd. The key verse of the conference was Proverbs 31:25 “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future”. Sisters from churches of Astrakhan, Volgograd, Penza and Rostov areas took part in the conference.
