KRASNOYARSK – A charity auction was held in the city of Krasnoyarsk during a women's conference, which resulted in raising funds to help children with special needs.

The Regional Women's Conference of the Krasnoyarsk Association of the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith entitled “Season of Rains” was held on March 13 and 14. The conference was attended by representatives of evangelical churches from different cities of the Krasnoyarsk region and Khakassia.

The main speakers were Ludmila Panasovets, coordinator of women's ministry in the Siberian Federal District, and Maxim Usachev, bishop of the Krasnoyarsk Association of the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith.

“All these days there was a feeling that it wasn't the rain, but the pouring of the Holy Spirit on us,”— said one participant.

A distinctive feature of the conference was the 8th Charity Auction “Darina” to help children with special needs. Some participants of the conference provided handmade items, while others supported the auction financially.

As a result, 258,000 rubles were raised. These funds were enough to help three children. One girl Alyona, who is autistic, received enough money for the dolphin therapy. The second child, Lisa, with a rare kidney pathology is now able to undergo rehabilitation after a very complicated operation. Miroslava with the cerebral palsy received a specialized stroller.

Parents are grateful to God that there are people who took care of their children. Such help opens the hearts of people to learn more about God and the salvation that He offers, and they find hope for a miracle.
