BARNAUL – On February 17 and 18, the Light of Awakening Church of Barnaul held a men's conference “A Man after God's Heart”.
The conference was attended by men of different ages, even teenagers, from different churches and regions of our country. The main speaker of the conference was Bishop Simon Milongo, the leader of the Volgograd Regional Association.
The first evening of the conference was spent in worship. Brothers bowed their hearts before the Lord and listened to a word about the worship and how to live in it. Pastors Samuel Inkin and Vadim Semykin shared their messages.
The second day of the conference was held under the theme “Who is a man after God's own heart and how to become one”.
Bishop Milongo highlighted the main characteristics of such a man.
- Cultivate all that God gives. Every man should work with the awareness that it is all for God and not for people.
- To keep what God has given, remembering that actions and words can ruin it all.
- To have such passion for God that it would be passed on to the next generation.
Everyone at the conference was incredibly inspired and encouraged to get closer to the image of a man after God's own heart.
