Youth ministry leaders were trained in Perm to train other youth leaders

Youth

PERM (RUSSIA) – The second group of Youth ministry leaders’ school graduated in Perm on November 11th and 12th at the New Testament Church. New youth ministry leaders and two trainers who trained the churches in Solikamsk, Nyagan and Blagoveschensk, were prepared.

The graduates shared testimonies about how the school changed them and equipped them for the youth ministry. Alexander Khudyakov, pastor and the youth ministry leader for the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith said that he was satisfied with the training process. Together with leaders of the youth ministry in Perm they adapted the curriculum for their situation and recruited the third group. Very soon the graduates of the training will be grouped into the teams and will be sent to share their experience with the youth in other churches and cities of our country. I believe and I know that the input into equipping the new leaders is the most effective thing of what we’re able to do in order to develop the youth ministry in Russia.
