CHITA (RUSSIA) – On February 4 the ‘One Year for Jesus’ team of the ‘Salvation in Jesus’ church in Chita will travel 700-800 kilometers from Chita to the village of Sredny Kalar, which is located in the northern part of the Trans-Baikal.
The evangelists make thorough preparations, as they know that the road will not be easy. They will pass through over seven small settlements and villages.
Vladimir Vairach, a minister in charge of the trip, said:
"In our church we asked people to bring clothes and other things for children and teenagers, so we can tell people about God and also help families in need during our trip. Beside that the church will provide food baskets for the poor. Everyone is welcome to participate in the collection of things and make a contribution till January 31."
Recently, the ‘Salvation in Jesus’ church ministers returned from a trip to villages of Petrovsk-Zabaykalsky, Zhiphegen and Bada where they held meetings for the new converts.
