Healthy life through faith in Jesus Christ

Stories
ST. PETERSBURG (RUSSIA) - It is indeed difficult to reach the hearts of today’s youth. However, behind seemingly arrogant looks and masks of indifference there hide gentle, vulnerable, searching souls. We have personally seen this while carrying out an event against bad habits. It took place out in the streets of Kolpino, a district of St.Petersburg. Young girls and guys would stop and with great interest get involved in conversation. Those who smoked gladly exchanged cigarettes for candies, nailed their bad habits to the wooden chock, and participated in interactive games and flash mobs.

Older people also showed interest in what was going on that day in the center of Kolpino. Many of them threw out their cigarettes in exchange for candies. All visitors of the event heard that faith in Jesus Christ helps to get rid of bad habits. Most importantly, at this event people were so open to communication that they freely shared information for future contacts.
