NOVOSIBIRSK (RUSSIA) - Alpha Course for husbands and wives is a series of weekly seminars where people discuss important issues which are not much focused upon and easily overlooked in daily life. Two months ago eleven married couples decided to begin this course and spend one day a week getting to know their spouse better. Every couple had a real date which included a sincere talk over a table decorated with candles. They could open their hearts to each other without being distracted by anything.
This course was generally created for those couples with only one spouse attending the church, but there also were families with both spouses who are believers in Jesus Christ. The participants say that Alpha Course has strengthened their relationship, helped to make a pause in the hustle-and-bustle of life and take a deep look into the eyes of a beloved one.
As the course ends, they plan to continue the meetings where the purpose and sense of marriage will be discussed on a deeper level. God shows us that the family is His territory, where He wants to be glorified. We do believe in healthy and strong families!
