“And she happily faces the future” – Women’s Conference in Kemerovo

KEMEROVO (RUSSIA) – Regional women’s conference named “And she happily faces the future” took place in Kemerovo on November 3 and 4. About 450 women from all over Kuzbass region came to receive a timely word from God. The speakers of the conference were Olga Kaidalova, Oksana Izmadenova, Evgeniya Stolyarova and Marina Khoroschenko.

At a sermon titled “A Christian woman – who is she?” Olga Kaidalova presented an interview with people who shared their suppositions about who a Christian woman is, and then gave a Biblical answer to the question. After the sermon every sister in Christ was sure: a Christian woman is the one belonging to Christ! 


Oksana Izmadenova explored a topic about “A woman in ministry”. What does that mean? Which ministry we can call the most valuable in life? Pastor Oksana made a conclusion: a true ministry is “dressed for a workday”, which means that it doesn’t attract much attention.

Evgeniya Stolyarova preached on “Femininity”. Each one of us is like a garden that needs to be watered. And if the source of the water is God – the garden will be beautiful! 


Marina Khoroschenko shared an important and interesting word about “A woman in the Holy Spirit”. Her key message was the necessity to behold God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit helps us not to be in despair in desperate circumstances.

Besides the timely sermons, the conference is well remembered for many other highlights. Some of the sisters received prophetic gifts. The facilitators conducted a lottery, and the winners received prizes. The youth prepared dances, and all participants joined them in the dance. There were a lot of joy and laughter, the happiness of God’s presence has overflown every participant.



The pastors’ wives gathered at a lunch, and made a decision to continue to develop the women’s ministry in local churches.
The conference was closed by a common prayer, and through it every sister received a prophetic word for herself, a comforting word, an answer or a touch from the Father.
