BARNAUL (RUSSIA) - 30-year-old Igor works as a salesperson in the shopping mall. Several years ago he turned to God. It happened when he got ill. Doctors refused to treat him, thinking that the treatment would not bring any results. They sent him back home to die. One-day Igor’s aunt visited him at home and gave him the Bible, telling that only God could help him. Igor in his despair fell on his knees and asked God to heal. He cried out to God, asking for forgiveness of his sins and read the Word of God. The Lord performed a miracle: he got healed!
Igor will never forget the mercy of God in his life. He continues to read the Bible and always wants to share about his miracle with other people. However he didn’t know about the church in his community. He was so happy to meet a team of missionaries. It was an answer to his prayers. He found out about a house church, where he happily started going. Igor was very encouraged in his faith. The missionaries supported him in prayers for his family and children.
