January 6, the head church in the city of Kaluga hosted a conference for teenagers and youth titled Go tell ’em all about Christmas. The conference was led by the Deputy Bishop of Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith in Kaluga region Eduard Belous, the Youth Pastor of Kaluga region Alexander Kuznetsov, and other local church leaders.
About 75 people participated in the event. They were not just attenders but also helpers and active participants. There was lots of music, creativity and desire to glorify the Lord.
Every local church minister together with their teams had prepared a presentation. It was a non-stop stream of songs, dances, poems, etc. One of the teenagers prepared a sermon.
Many young hearts were renewed by the Holy Spirit, many felt for the first time in their lives God’s presence filling their hearts and minds. Glory to our Lord Jesus Christ who said in his Word ‘...I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts... for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.’ (Hebrews 8:10,11) ‘... I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh...’ (Acts 2:17). And we witnessed God making His word come true. And it is just the beginning.
